Searching for 1bd room / loft/ back guest house

I'm looking solely for a back house / cottage/ stand alone unit available for at least 6months and upward. Preferably ground level unit or homes with some outdoor space. I love all animals and have a little kitty that is mostly indoor but hangs outside a couple hours a day. LGBTQIA ⚧️ friendly and family. I prefer a non-cigarette smoker. I'm a super chill, easy going, physical therapist assistant who. I'm a fairly quiet homebody that ventures out & about to socialize on wkends. I dig intellectual, compassionate souls who are clean and kind. And I'll reflect and return that energy.
