Looking for a large unfurnished room w/ bath

My name is Leslie. I am looking for preferably a large unfurnished room with private bathroom (but not a deal breaker). I would like some some kitchen privileges and hopefully laundry facilities . I am a mature female. Steady fixed income. Quiet, considerate and respectful. Friendly but keep to myself. I do smoke but only outside.
