Looking for short term or long term

My name is Bridgette and I'm from Maine. I have worked in social services & as a musician for many years. I'm sure someone coming from out-of-state isn't ideal, but I've got a good amount of savings and am located outside of Philly until I can find housing in the city. I have a few job connections and friends in the area. The main thing for me is securing housing -- open for short term (or) long term. Hobbies : reading! PODCASTS! Singing in bands (very respectful of HOUSEMATE space though, and I never bring band practice to my home!), hangin' with my nephews, exploring, dancing, theatre, comedy, baby animal videos. I don't drink or smoke but I don't mind if housemates do. I am very easy going as a roomate. I love to socialize, but I also love my down time/me time. Great references available.
