Mature Professional Woman Seeking Female Roommate

Hello,

I am a mature, non-smoking professional woman in early 50’s working full time seeking one private room to rent in a house, townhouse or apartment located in the Jensen Beach/Stuart/Palm City area. My move-in date is February 2022.

Seeking a respectful, honest and clean female or male roommate or roommates.

Unfurnished or furnished room is OK, but a quiet space is necessary.
Private or shared bath, kitchen privileges, parking space, Internet, room cable ready and utilities included.
Use of washer and dryer would be great but not essential. I am very clean and I pick up after myself in shared areas.

I do not have any pets and I am a responsible, clean, fun, social, outgoing and easy going woman who is also quiet, considerate and respectful of people’s things and space. I am an early riser and not a late owl that enjoys exercising outdoors and at the gym and will not have any stay over friends.

I am financially stable with a longtime employment history and I pay all my bills on time and in full. I have 6 months of rent saved up and I have excellent credit!!

I have a very strong marketing, sales and promotion work background and plan to be gainfully employed with a full-time office type position and a weekend part-time position.
