Looking for a room or a sublet

I am looking for a room or a sublet for myself and my kitty, starting Feb.1 (flexible). My budget is $1000.

I am a bartender/writer/musician, currently working at 2 music venues in Brooklyn and taking catering and freelance writing gigs on the side, so paying rent won?t be a problem!

I work at night and during the day you are likely to find me at the gym, writing away at one of the co-working spaces or hanging with friends who also work at night.

I am fairly easy to live with... Like to keep things clean and pantry well stocked, :-). Pay the bills on time and respect people's privacy...

What else? I like being a part of the community and understand the pressures of a communal household. Open minded and respectful, LGBT friendly, almost anything you got going on, I am probably fine with that! Please get in touch? Appreciate any leads in advance!
