Need Private Room and Bathroom Only

Hello, My name is Matthew,

I am a Middle age Commuter, who will be relocating to Intern In Bay Area. I am currently commuting to San Francisco from Tracy, Ca. I do not own a car, and prefer to take public transportation. I just need a room and private bathroom, I am very clean and neat person, do not smoke, or drink much, very routine and no drama. Its just very important for me to work in bay area, and very tired of commuting to work from long distance with very little transportation in this area. I am willing to help with pets, gardening, etc. I love animals, so I would help in this area for reduced rent if possible. I do not need parking space, or kitchen space, I could just use microwave and mini fridge in room. Please let me know, I would appreciate it very, very much.
