Creative Professional and Dog looking for Room

Looking for a welcoming apartment, or for a roommate interested in finding a place together.

I?m an actor, improviser and project manager. Work 9-4 Mon-Fri and usually doing improv a few nights a week. I?m chill and active and spend a lot of time out with my dog, Moe, at the gym, or seeing shows.

Cleanliness and communication are important to me. I am respectful of privacy and being considerate of different schedules, and expect the same. That being said, all about having a chill pad where friends/visitors are welcome. Also, LGBTQ oriented/friendly is necessary.

My dog is well trained and very sweet. Would be happy for a meet and greet!
