Local home base needed

I am older than 50, and try to live a healthy lifestyle. I am back in this area where I lived for decades to manage the manufacture of my sleep aid device, and promote the healing powers of my RelaxaBaby app with the local doctor who helped me develop it. I am reliable, responsible, respectful, easy going, and will obey the house rules. I will need a place for at least 3 months, and if suitable for a local base, much longer.
