My name is Max, I just graduated undergrad and am looking for a place to move to near NYC since I will be starting my job there in July (preferred lease starting July 1).
I would consider myself to be considerate of others, low key, and respectful. I enjoy cooking, reading, watching HBO/Netflix, and exploring local eateries/breweries.
I am ideally looking for a 6-month lease, though I can take on a longer one as well. Only thing is, I am in a rotational position so I may get placed in LA as early January of next year. If I do take on a longer lease, I'd need to find a subletter.
I won't be available to see the apartment beforehand, but I am comfortable agreeing to a lease without doing so.
