Clean, Professional & Respectful

Hi! My name is Jeanelle and I currently live in Morningside Heights, but I?m searching for a new place! I'm an Alzheimer's researcher at Columbia, work a typical 9-5 with some tutoring hours on the side (read: stable, verifiable income ;) ).

I do have a small dog if the apartment is pet friendly, but if not he can stay with my family. My pup's name is Zavey, he's fully housebroken, he does not shed, and he's a lazy old man who spends most of his time asleep on my bed.

I am socially conscious, very involved with the black lives matter movement as well as many LGBTQ causes. Would love a living situation with mutual respect, open communication and realistic boundaries. I keep the common areas very clean (especially bathroom and kitchen) and I cook a lot. I?m studying for the medical school exam right now, so I?ll be a quiet roommate but I don?t mind entertaining in the common spaces (I just probably won't be much fun for a few month)
