Moving to NYC

Moving for work to Staten Island and I would like to stay locally. I'm a very clean and organized, yet laid back person with no drama looking to share an apartment or house with someone who would appreciate a kind, clean, respectful roommate like me. I would prefer a Gay/Bi/Trans/ Straight but not narrow housemate, but it is not required. Sharing bills and housework would be fine by me. I typically keep to myself as I'm most often at work.
