My name is Debra, and I saw your advertisement for a roommate on the website Spare Room. I am a retired veteran and I am taking courses at Chabot College. Currently, I live in Hayward with a relative, but I need to find a permanent space.

Here are a few details about me: I am older 47, so I don't have a lot of drama in my life. I am neat,, clean and quite. My favorite passion is reading. I am a non smoker and I like to keep fit. I have no criminal record or driving violations. I also have excellent credit. I am seeking a mid sized to large room. It does not have to be furnished, but if it is this is ok too.
