Short Flexible Rental for Introverted Creative

Hi there.
First timer.
Looking for a share.
Short term.
Moving out of country in August.

Most important/equally important:
- cleanliness
- no bugs of any shape, or size
- safe and convenient parking
- train/bus/jitney accessibility
- respect of my introvert behaviors
- roommates who aren't intrusive

My preferences:
- private bathroom
- washer/dryer
- privacy

I am a consultant, designer, and teacher. I stay quite busy. I just moved back to the East Coast from Midwest \o/ so need something fairly quickly.

I'm transparent, quite random, empathetic, hilarious, direct, kind-hearted, and laid back.

I watch Netflix on my downtime, I know I'm supposed to be reading books but I'm not always intellectual. Shows/episodes I've watched a gazillion times: Bob's Burgers, Kill Bill 1 & 2, Get Out, Walking Dead (pre-Negan), Forensic Files, Avengers, Black Panther, the Blacklist, ANY British series except the one where the people wear the hats and walk slow...Downtown Abby. I'm not sure if I'm needing to put all of this info.

I travel.
Europe, Africa, Canada, Islands, etc.
