Roommate needed for September 1st

Good evening! I?m looking for a cool roommate to share a clean and relax space. I would need a room with a bed. Im a clean respectful busy roomate and I?m Buddhist and bilingual. Im mid-thirties and looking forward to going back to university soon and of course to make art. I?m very neat and fun to be around but also quiet and independent. I?m almost never at the house but when I am I like to cook.
My moving date is September first. I can drive to the city to meet, I don?t need to exchange any email or phone number until I meet you. I?m a serious and responsible person. I can meet real state agents at office also.
