Hi! I'm a native New Yorker and musician with a PhD in history looking for a share with one other person who is also full grown, tidy, considerate and easy-going. I am fully vaccinated yet still practice all the protocols and hope you do too. I'm very responsible, have savings in the bank and when working I earn a very good salary. This past year has been hard. of course, but I am financially stable. Those are the basics and I hope we can talk further about our mutual interest and what we are looking for in a housemate. I love animals but don't have any of my own so if you have pets, that's great!
