Quiet couple's looking for a quiet room to stay

Hi. My name is Alexandre 29 years of age and my girlfriend is 27 years old. She will be studying for 4 months while in the U. S. and I will be persuing a new career in NYC. We are clean, quiet, couple's that are looking for a room to rent from a month to month term and the reasoning for that is because we are leaving for good by the end of next this year. Meanwhile, I will be working and she will be in school. Preferably we would like a non smoking room & private bathroom. I know it is very hard to find good people when it comes to renting rooms especially couple's but we are hoping we can find good tenants too as well.
