Professional, Fun, Transplants from Midwest

Hello! Our names are Debra and Kenneth. We?re moving to town from the Midwest for our jobs. I work for an insurance broker and Kenneth works as an indoor skydiving instructor. We have a medium sized dog that is supper chill, well behaved, and listens to commands from almost anyone.

We?re looking for a room starting 9/3 and willing to do short-term or long-term if it?s a fit. We?re ok with other pet owners, couples, LBGTQ+. We prefer a non-smoking environment for the dog, but if it?s done outside that?s cool. We?re willing to share a bathroom, but require a private bedroom. We?d prefer laundry to be in the building at least and for grocery stores to be in walking distance.

Personally, about us:
Debra - Little lady, but big personality. Loves to joke around. Interests are dance, painting, going to dog parks, and is in the infancy a age for starting a wellness initiative for single/low-income new moms.
Kenneth - Normal guy, big personality. Loves to joke around and help anyone anyway possible. Interests are modeling, indoor skydiving, music/DJing, cooking, and fitness.
