Seeking sublet thru 12/31- Respectful, kind couple

Hey there! We're visiting Boston for the fall/winter while C finishes her degree in her home city. She is a part time student who's worked in public education for 4 years, loves to read, draw, and wander around in nature. J is a comic book aficionado, works in customer service and is also an outdoorsy person.

We're looking for a larger private room in a shared house or apartment.
During the week we tend to be low key and focused on school/work/projects, and during the weekends enjoy exploring the city or taking off for hiking trips. We are courteous, respectful, and value neat common space. We enjoy getting to know housemates and sharing a meal or coffee or drinks from time to time, and also need solo space to recharge.

We've lived in Oregon for the past 4 years, and are hoping to find a comfortable place to call home thru the end of December. We are excited to find ourselves on the East Coast for autumn, and are hoping to find some similarly thoughtful, respectful & easy-going humans to share a space with for a couple of months.
