Easygoing Female professional

Hi. I'm a friendly, female tech professional and a native nyer who recently returned to NYC. I'm super easy going, social, quiet and clean.

I'm looking for a room near a subway to Manhattan or in Manhattan. For the right amenities, I could consider a place further out. I might consider renting an entire place if its in the right location.

Happy to provide social media links immediately and if discussions go well to provide references and get a background check.

I work on my laptop much of the time and am looking for a rental for eat/sleep/work mostly. I like to help out around the place and I have another apartment where I can keep most of my stuff. I'm flexible on time period and can pay upfront if needed.

My credit is frozen but I have years of pay stubs if needed.
