I?m looking for a room in Manhattan, anywhere on the island is fine and I?m open to Brooklyn. My monthly budget is $500-$600 a month. I am open to virtually any size room as long as there?s a bed. In-unit laundry is a plus but not a requirement.

My ideal roommate is much like myself, organized, professional, and just a cool, easygoing person. I?m open to any age, gender, or orientation.

My move in date is flexible. Anywhere from mid-November to even January. I have fixed employment and income, good credit score, multiple references, and guarantors.
