Private Banker with a quit baby

I am German and just moved from Zurich Switzerland to Miami with my 3 year old boy Alexander. He is a sweet and quit boy. . I am looking for a room either only for a month or long term . I do have to fly back to Switzerland a week a month. I work daytimes as well. Ideally I like a new condo with facilities. I am looking forward to find a lovely flatmate who can also be a friend and we can go out together if time allows or cook together.
