Short Term or Month to Month ASAP

This week I have started a new role, Cyber Security Architect based in the Boston area that has a employee shuttle near Arlington Green-line MBTA stop close to Park Plaza. I also will attend BU Graduate School.

Need an APT or room to sublet ASAP today is Oct 15th and in Theater District right now.
Weekly, Monthly preferred to start search to longer term commitment if a great fit.

Prefer walking distance or a short mbta ride to and from Back Bay. Open to well-priced Studio, 1BR or 2BR timing is priority but would obviously prefer the nicest accommodations possible best value for the price.
Private Bathroom, Laundry and easy private entry and exit for the unit for week to week or month to month seems like a much better solution vs Airbnb

Parking would be great but not absolutely needed
