Hi me and my fianc?e are looking to rent a room around the 1st of december. We are looking for a room and private bath. She is disabled so we need a first floor. We are looking for something around 450 not more than 500. If you need a deposit. We will need to work on payments. We are open minded people but keep to ourselves.
