Young professional looking to move in Dec 1st

Hi everyone,

I'm a professional male in my late twenties who is looking for a roommate in Hudson County. I would highly prefer a place near the light rail as that is how I currently get to work, or a place in downtown Jersey City since that's where I work. As for what I do, I'm an underwriter. My hours are Monday-Friday 9-6. I'm moving from my current apartment because it doesn't have a boiler, and therefore no heat in the winter. Don't ask me how prior tenants survived. I'm still trying to figure that out myself.

Now that we got the fun stuff out of the way, let's get down to the nitty gritty. I consider myself very laid back, quiet, clean, and respectful. My hobbies include playing video games and producing music. My favorite genres to produce are EDM (big DJ Snake fan) and R&B (You can't turn up all the time, right?). My favorite video game is NBA 2K. It's a love-hate relationship, but I don't break my controller (anymore). Due to my heavy duty gaming and downloading of samples, I'd prefer (in all actuality need) a place with quality wifi. I currently have a 400 mbps connection for $90 a month, and I'd be more than happy to bring my wifi wherever I move.
