Hello!

My name is Kimar, I?m 23, and a very relaxed, open minded person. I?m looking to move to NY from out of state. I?ve started my acting career commuting from out of state and would love to be able to plant myself closer to work. I also work with adults who have developmental disabilities, and have years worth of experience serving. I?m financially responsible, and not frivolous with money. I?m not picky about the cosmetics of an apartment/home. I just know I?d need an average to larger than average closet.

I?m not a wild or rowdy person, but I can enjoy a night out with friends. I?m not the type to bring the party home, and I?m a very clean person. I?m a proud member of the LGBT community, and hope to find roommates who are the same, supporters or allies.
