Easygoing, clean working professional

Strictly looking for a roommate to find a new place together. Not interested in an available room unless your place can accommodate my furnishings. Location is negotiable but don't want to be too far north as Spring or Tomball, Cypress. Prefer the west side of town. I have a cat. I cook most of my meals and have an occasional friend over. I'm in bed early and get up early during the week. I have had both male and female roommates and haven't had too many problems. I'd like to find someone I can hang with on occasion but we don't need to be best buds. Just someone I get along with and can chat about our day.
