Freelance writer and RN looking for a new rental

Hello! I'm a 50 y/o f who is in a month to month (here 2 yrs ....) and the landlady wants to do a "rental break" to renovate - I live in Bensonhurst now, and prefer staying in that area or surrounding (Bay Ridge, Dyker Heights.) I work from home, mainly, but am quiet, neat and tidy (will not leave you my mess! ) and like a RM relationship where we can be friendly, even share a dinner, or glass of wine if we have time, but also have personal space/boundaries. I'm well past the college days, I'm not going to be your wing-woman or buddy at a club, but I'll make sure the apt is safe and feed the cat (if you have one) while you're out. I'm fun, funny, and easy to be around. Looking for a like minded house mate to share the expenses who has a laid back attitude, and is mature and responsible. Never easy to start this process and to move, but NY is a city of co-living now. I've had great and not so great experiences, but am very sure there is a great match out there for me - and you!
