New to the city! Looking for one or two roomates

Just moved here from L. A. I'm in a sublet now and looking for a place by Jan 1 or by Jan 15th at the latest. I freelance in production and am considerate, kind, and communicative. I pull my own weight and take my work seriously and look to live balanced. Easy to communicate. Prefer to keep the place clean and organized but am not a neat freak or possessive. My only requirement is no smokers and no parties without notice. Also no couples.

Anyhow, I do have a cat and keep his stuff in my room. I don't have much else besides a few bags so I'd be having stuff brought in unless there was already any furniture there.
