Looking for a furnished place in Manhattan

Hey future roomies, my name is Jim I am 29 years old and work in Real Estate in Midtown. I get along with everyone, no drama and am pretty quiet for the most part but am always up for a friendship situation to be there with the roommates. I rarely ever smoke. My hours vary but usually try to go to the gym in the mornings and be out the door by 9:30 am for work and get back in the evening some time. I cook every couple of days. Lastly I am very clean and that is definitely important to me in the next spot.
