Looking for a studio/in-law/cottage OR priv room & bath (negotiable). I can comfortably go up to 900/1000. This is neg & I can do more, if util are incl. Trying to stay w/in a 15mi range of Lake Forest, for work. HB & parts of Orange are ok but that's as far W or N as I can go.

I have 2 cats. Folsom, 8, tuxedo, all around pansy. Darla is 5 & deaf. Hangs w/the boys, thinks she's alpha. They usually stay in my rm. We like dogs, only if they like cats & cats aren't chew toys.

I am 45yrs young. I fit the L in LGBTQ so LGBTQ friendly/respectful is a given & a must. Non-negotiable. I grew up in SoCal, lived in the Bay Area for 18yrs & back to OC 4yrs ago.
