I am currently living in NYC apartment but am going through a divorce. I am a 31 year old male, and work for a very reputable company, and can provide all required referrals, credit checks, etc. I travel for work, so will never be in NYC, but due to legal requirements of the divorce (I need to file in NY State), I am required to maintain an address in NYC.
Hence, I will really not be physically living there, and will just need the address to continue to maintain residency in NYC. I am looking to get a 6 month lease starting Feb, and then go from there.
