Originally from Pennsylvania; I?m a fun, mature, well-established, polite, success-driven, highly educated, and liberal man with a broad sense of humor.

Seeking a clean and safe place to live with a furnished (preferred) private bedroom. A private bathroom (en-suite) would be a plus. I'm very flexible and laid back at home.

I?m looking for something new?I?ve been given a specific list of choices to live (to fill new jobs) by my employer?I have the rare opportunity to select my location where I intend to build a life at some point. Although there are several, I would be fully committed to an area that fits my needs.

In a roommate?as in life?I value mutual honesty, trust, respect, and open communication. I?ve often found those to be key parts of a recipe for a good and decent roommate.

I am open-minded and an academic with varied interests. I am homosexual (if that actually matters), a night owl by nature, a non-smoker, a cinephile (just love movies), a foodie, and enjoy wine/mixed drinks on occasion.
