Professional Female seeks a private room

I am a professional female working multiple jobs graphic design/photography/sales/stocking overnight a few nights, working events here and there. A Lil bit of everything
I'm needing to find somewhere to move to nearby for my current job in Pasadena and locality to the metro system as I don't drive(therefore, don't require a dedicated parking spot) I'm really the ideal roommate, you'll rarely hear or see me, I respect all schedules and always strive to leave a place better than it was.

That being said, I'm definitely a keep to myself type and i do enjoy my privacy. Ideally, a separate entrance would be amazing BUT not mandatory. Non carpet preferred but not mandatory. Easy access restroom would be nice.

Also, i do have one older cat, shorthair black and she is an indoor only kittay. she is well acclimated to the one room life (a window for birdwatching always makes her happy)she is rarely seen or heard and won't require house access at all. she also may be housed by a friend if not a fit as well.
i have no preference on gender etc just being respectful is all I ask. I definitely tend to vibe with creative types. I have a few different jobs and currently i am working a graveyard shift 3-4 nights a week. so i do spend many afternoons sleeping. Otherwise, I'm a natural night owl, usually creating, crafting or streaming movies online. but I am quiet and very mindful of others situations and schedules.
