Looking for room to rent

I am a graduate student working on my second masters. I am in the process of starting my own nonprofit. Im looking for a roommate who is clean and responsible. I am a pretty understanding person, I like to live with people who I can have understanding with and who can understand me. People can expect someone who is open for communication, very clean, and I am to myself but friendly.
