* I'm a 43 y/o single male looking for a clean room, and an organized home.

* I'm allergic to dogs, cats, clutter, and soiled surfaces in the kitchen.

* I work full-time in Burbank, Mon-Fri.

* I'm a very light cooker (no frying), and I'm the type that cleans up immediately after eating. Hoping you're similar.

* I will NEVER have an overnight guest.

* I don't party at home, and I don't do any drugs (outside of coffee at work).

* I enjoy attending Grace Community Church, watching TV/movies, and listening to podcasts.

* I can provide previous roommate references (both genders), and a contact to prove my employment.
