Looking For A Room. I Have A Dog !!!

I AM A DOG OWNER !!!! Im not moving without my dog! Just put that in the beginning because people send me messages but dont allow dogs so it doesnt make sense to contact me. Im looking for a room to call my own. I need a room where there is wifi & all utilities are included in the rent. I do have my own furniture [just my bed tv & dresser] so an unfurnished room would be perfect but someone willing to move their furniture out would also work. Im a quiet, nice person very respectful so i would like to live with someone who would also be respectful to me.
