ISO: Room to Rent - October/Fall 2019

Hi! I?m Mar. I?m a non-binary 21 year old (they/them) from Michigan currently interested in moving to NYC (preferably around Brooklyn) by the earliest October, but can be flexible and move later than that.

I?ve lived in a loft apartment for 2 years but decided to move home to save money to move. I?ve never been evicted and never been fired. Good rental history, always pay bills on time, and you won?t have to worry about anxiety of not having a responsible roommate.

I?m a vegetarian, independent artist (where I make money on the side) and musician. I like cooking, makeup, and music. I?m tidy, clean, and responsible. I don?t smoke but I socially drink. Open minded, friendly and easy to get along with but enjoy my alone time too!

I have a 1 yr old calico named Spoons and a 6 yr old black and white piebald named Luna. They are very friendly and sweet! They have been around dogs before and could easily adjust to them if they needed to. I also have a 2 yr old Chilean rose hair tarantula named Ignis.

Would prefer a roommate that already lives in the city, since I will be very new to it and may need some help navigating.
Any gender, but would prefer people in their 20s.
Pretty open to anyone as long as they?re respectful and we get along well!
