Needing a room in DTLA

I consistently work freelance in the creative film and print industry. My schedule is random and I travel often. On my free time I like to go to galleries, museums, and events. I am extremely clean, organized, my bills are on point and considerate of other people's space. I have been living downtown for a little over a year and would prefer to stay in the area.
