Hello! I'm seeking for a private bedroom on the first month of April. My budget is $500-$700. I?m a respectful & responsible person who likes to cook & clean up after use the kitchen. I don?t smoke, drink or host parties.

- laundry access

I enjoy cooking [not everyday] and I do clean afterward.
I have my own things [don't need a room to be furnished].
I do kindly request to allow me to bring an overnight guest OCCASIONALLY [over the weekend].
I simply look a quiet place to live in :)
