Single mom and 5-year-old would like to share

Hello,
My name is Jenice and my daughter, Valentina and I would like to share housing temporarily. We will be new to Texas and I need to get to know the layout of the land, find a job and an decide where I want to live permanently. My daughter is well disciplined, she won't be running around going crazy touching what is not ours, etc. and I am a full time student in a Master's program to be a therapist. We will most likely spend hours out of the house during the day to get to know the city and meet people. However, at home, it very routine: dinner, bath, bedtime for her and then studying all night for me.
