Hello potential landlords,
I'm from Jamaica. In the last couple of days in May, I'll be a J-1 immigrant. Unfortunately for me and my two other colleague, we have to source places to reside. I was wondering if you can accommodate a room with three of us in it until the last of august.
Please note that due to which the criteria allows only 1 or 2 males, but its 3 three of us. Due to this notification of a third person, we can negotiate the cost of rent.
We like to carry our weight, from the acquainted roommates do the same, its more than OK for us.
