Professional Couple in Need of 1 room/share

My fiance and I are looking to rent a room/share apartment with roommate(s). About us: I am a psychiatric social worker and fiance (male) is currently in doctorate program for physical therapy. We are looking for similar roommates, professionals or serious students who want to live in a clean, responsible, drama free apartment. We have no pets (would like it if you didn't either as my fiance is allergic), are non-smokers and aren't down for ANY substance abuse (including marijuana!), loud parties or frequent random night guests. I enjoy cooking, music, art, and political/science news. While I don't mind hanging out with roommates/housemates, I have a fairly busy schedule that will be getting busier in the next couple of months. As my fiance is a student, we value a calm, peaceful environment to come home to and hope you will too :)
