I am looking for a CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, again CLEAN! individual. Does not necessarily have to be the neatest person in the world, but one who wouldn?t dare tolerate a Dirty Tub or Dirty Toilet, a Nasty Bathroom, or food left all over the kitchen.
I freelance engineer in NYC. I wouldn?t mind the NYC or New Jersey area for living. I am friendly, respectful, open to LBGT community, not a smoker but friendly, and just enjoy casual drinking from time to time. I love dogs but unfortunately allergic to cats. New York is just already a dirty city and I would just like to come home to a nice clean and peaceful sanctuary lol. Beautiful roommates with beautiful souls and an awesome vibe.
Rent and bills on time are 200% important to me, right above cleanliness.
Budget up to $500-$1200preferably. It?d be really nice to find a place still under rent control or just a pretty good deal. Open to lease lengths. Also open to male or female roommates. Preferably 24+ of age
