Moving to the Area for a Job and need a roommate.

I'm moving to the area for a year long job from across the country and looking for a roommate in the area . I'm 29 years old guy and will be working for FAU (job that requires a background search so some assurance of non-criminal/worrisome background). I don't smoke and prefer if you don't. Drink socially, not a party-er at all but like to go out with friends every now and then. It would be cool to live with another professional around my age. I've been told I'm pretty chill and easy to live with. It would be cool to be friends with roommate since I won't know anyone but no pressure for that.

I can afford about $900 a month. It would be cool if someone else was moving to the area around the same time and look for an apartment together but if you already have a place, that would be awesome too.
