Responsible Yet Fun Professional Looking For Room

Hey there! I'm a looking for a room to rent with other professionals in or near Hoboken.

I work on 23rd street in Manhattan as a digital technology director overseeing the design and coding of websites, web apps, and mobile apps at a large nonprofit.

My time is split between Hoboken and Tampa, Florida where my wife and 3 kids live. Most likely I'll be at the apartment about 2 weeks a month.

I LOVE sunny afternoons, open air pubs, great healthy food, and the occasional cheat day. I'm using this time away from family to eat healthy and lose weight (down 26 lbs in the past year). Focusing on improving my lifestyle while I have the chance. Most of my cooking will be vegetables.

Not looking for drama, I'm a very down to earth, empathetic and straight forward person. ISTJ on Meyers Briggs but I have more extroverted tendencies at work and going out.
