Professional/Student Looking for Room

I am a very easy going individual and will get along with just about anybody. I am a non smoker, non drug user, drink very rarely, and don?t have any pets however none of this bothers me if tenants or other residents partake or own pets. I work full time and am a student in college. I?m looking for a room, small or large to stay at while I continue my studies. My only requirements are basic necessities such as a bathroom with shower, parking, and a kitchen, laundry room would be nice but not required. I am willing to live with any type of people, race, age sex, religion, etc do not matter to me. I would prefer a private bathroom but not a requirement.
