My owner is selling and have to move. I am a full-time working IT professional living in Mesa looking for long-term month-to-month lease, furnished/unfurnished private bedroom and private/shared bathroom rental up to $600 month including utilities. I am a non-smoker, no drugs, pets or children, seldom drink and microwave or eat out when I don't have time to cook.
