Hi! My name is Danielle and I am looking for a private studio apartment to rent starting around mid-July. I am extremely clean, quiet, and have one cat. I work for a non-profit out of Long Island & Brooklyn, and also teach flute lessons and play in an ensemble on the side. I am an avid runner and am training for the NYC marathon. I am not home very often but when I am, you can find me relaxing with my cat, attempting to cook, or curling up with a book.
I would be open to living with a roommate who is also clean & quiet, but if that were the case I would prefer the rent to be $1,200/each or less per month.
