Grad student looking to room with other young pros

Hello! My name is Will long, and I'm an incoming PhD student at Stevens for the fall semester. I'm clean, quite, and I tend to keep to myself. I'm looking for a place to stay within 3-4 miles of campus, and I'm hoping to find other young professionals or older students to live with. I'd prefer to live with men, but I'd be open to any sort of roommate really. Also, I'm not from the area, and I won't be in town till August.
