Professional Looking For A Respectable Roommate

Hi! My name is Amanda and I am in my late 20?s. I work full-time in Hyde Park and am looking to rent a room in the city (with or without a lease). I am looking for a long-term living arrangement with another professional or student with whom I share common interests. I?m very friendly, outgoing, easy-going, and easy to get along with. I like to go out with my friends quite a bit, I like to read, and I also like to shop! I?m a big fan of the outdoors and I like to exercise. I?m an extrovert but I do like staying in sometimes and having some ?me? time. I?m extremely clean and organized and although I don?t expect you to be on that level (I don?t mind keeping the place tidy), I don?t want to live with someone with extremely poor cleaning habits. I don?t smoke and I do not want to live with a smoker, but I am okay with pets. I?d expect a roommate to be respectful of my personal spaces (bathroom and bedroom), but I love to share so if you see something of mine that you?d like to borrow, ask away! Though I personally don?t have too many friends over at my apartment as I meet them out in city at various venues or events, I don?t mind if your friends come over, as long as the apartment isn?t party central.
